She’s quite obviously digital. And definitely royalty. She is Amy Jo Martin – my Top Follow Friday.
Not only is she helping Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos “deliver happiness” as part of his Delivering Happiness (Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose) book team, but she truly delivers happiness all over the digital world!
With 1,323,643 followers and counting, you would think the DigitalRoyalty has no time for daily interaction. But she does. And I believe that gives her even more credibility among her followers, clients and potentials clients. Her portfolio includes the likes of: The UFC, Shaquille O’Neal, the Chicago White Sox and many more. The DigitalRoyalty has had many “Digital” successes.
3 Reasons Why You Must Follow The DigitalRoyalty Today:
- 1. Amy knows her %*@$: Take a look at her proprietary method and formula for measuring a brand’s online ROI (that’s Return on INFLUENCE). ‘Nuff said!
- 2. Her posts are “action-oriented”: I appreciate the posts she writes via her Website. I like them because they are thought-provoking and action-oriented. Take this one, Time for a Personal Brand Audit?, for example. Not only was it a quick, catchy and honest “read,” but it also made me take action. I “Googled” Sarah Kay Hoffman. And I also checked out the “Google” images associated with Sarah Kay Hoffman. After all, that is my brand, right?! I was pleased, mostly, with what I saw (though the pictures were not quite right). I laughed at The Laughing Cow logo. I chalked that up to Now That’s a Charismatic Laughing Cow! Bottom line, her great post lead to one great action.
- 3. Inspiration: Amy and The DigitalRoyalty inspire me nearly daily. She is always tweeting, facebook-ing, youtube-ing, blogging, posting, etc. something new, fresh and fabulous! With the downturn of my largest client, it’s time for me step-it-up with a little thing Amy calls, “Campaigning for a Job.” I saw this post when she first posted it. Back then, it was merely a “great idea” to me. But in the past few weeks, I have been thinking of my own, “Campaign for a Job” (and stay tuned for #HireHoff)! Take this post (or any post for that matter) for what it’s worth to you. I guarantee, though, you will find yourself inspired somewhere along the way!
Call her Digital. Call her Royalty. Call her The DigitalRoyalty. But whatever you call her, just make sure to click “follow” (if you haven’t already) next to her this #FollowFriday!
